Apple realizará devoluciones con un máximo de 14 días

Apple se ha visto obligada a modificar su política de devoluciones en iTunes Store y App Store, la cual era más estricta. Dicha modificación se vera afectada dentro del territorio Europeo.

Ahora podremos  realizar una compra ya sea como he dicho antes en iTunes Store o App Store y dispondremos de un plazo de 14 días para poder cancelar la compra y que nos reembolsen la cantidad que hemos pagado por ella en el mismo método de pago que la hayamos comprado.

Esto tiene dos caras, la positiva (para nosotros el público) y la negativa (para los desarrolladores y la propia Apple).

Para nosotros esto es algo positivo, ya que tendremos la oportunidad de poder disfrutar de cualquier App de pago durante 14 días y después devolverla sin explicación alguna. Con esto habrá muchas personas que lo harán diariamente. Yo creo que 14 días es un poco abusivo, se podría limitar el tiempo en 5 días. El cual veo que es un tiempo razonable para utilizar una App y ver si te gusta y si es de tu agrado, que realmente ese es su fin, y no el de ir usando App de pago y después devolverlas.

Para los desarrolladores es un punto muy negativo, ya que si los usuarios tenemos la oportunidad de comprar un juego de pago, por ejemplo de 1,79€, y nos lo pasamos en 10 días podemos devolverlo. Por lo cual los desarrolladores no verían dinero de su App.

Apple de momento lo ha medio solucionado, pero aún esta sin pulir. Cuando un usuario compra y descambia varias App en un corto plazo de tiempo, la próxima vez que le vuelva a conectar a la App Store o iTunes Store le aparecerá un mensaje en el cual le dirá que si compra alguna App tendrá que renunciar al derecho de devolución.

Esto es como ponerle un tope y limitar el abuso por parte de los usuarios a la nueva política de devoluciones de Apple.

De todos modos pienso que Apple no tardará mucho en sacar a la luz una solución solida a esto.

With this, there will be many people who will do it daily. I think that 14 days is a little abusive, could limit the time in 5 days. Which I see that it is a reasonable time to use an App and see if you like it and if you like, that this really is an end, and not of used payment App and then return them.

For developers, it is a very negative point, since if the users have the opportunity to purchase a payment, for example of €1.79 game, and we had in 10 days we can return it. By which developers would not be money from your App.

This is like putting a stop and limit abuse by users to the new Apple's return policy.

Anyway, I think that Apple will soon much in bringing to light a solid to this solution.
